Eric Connelly

EricAs a system design engineer, organization development consultant, and mindfulness practitioner, Eric helps organizations and people understand what they value and how to realize success through planned, holistic, and sustainable change.

Eric innovates and consults around overlapping areas of his expertise, partnering with his clients to discover how systems, technology, and human spirit can be used as means of learning and changing for the better. He designs technical and organizational systems, collaborative processes, leadership and development curricula, and attractive communication. He values both change and heritage.

Formally, Eric received a BS in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Organization Development from American University, but he has only realized his education’s true value through focussed reflection and curiosity about his clients, his environment, and himself.
