In previous roles, she has been responsible for leading a team of Legal Assistants/Paralegals, overseeing the Training Department and managing various other groups. Astrid was born and raised in Germany and worked for Lufthansa German Airlines in Frankfurt before moving to the US.
Astrid earned a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia College. As a part of a consulting team she worked with a South African client on a culture change analysis and team development. Additionally, she has collaborated with a non-profit membership organization in the Washington, DC area on fostering team development and effectiveness. She also enjoyed performing a strategic assessment of a non-profit education and mentoring organization in North Carolina, specifically focusing on leadership practices and strategic planning.
Astrid is passionate about OD and enjoys making new connections. She is looking forward to meeting other members of the OD Community to engage and continue to grow in this field.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and photography.
As a system design engineer, organization development consultant, and mindfulness practitioner, Eric helps organizations and people understand what they value and how to realize success through planned, holistic, and sustainable change.
Eric innovates and consults around overlapping areas of his expertise, partnering with his clients to discover how systems, technology, and human spirit can be used as means of learning and changing for the better. He designs technical and organizational systems, collaborative processes, leadership and development curricula, and attractive communication. He values both change and heritage.
Formally, Eric received a BS in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MS in Organization Development from American University, but he has only realized his education’s true value through focussed reflection and curiosity about his clients, his environment, and himself.
