My company is currently receiving resumes from independent consultants with superior facilitation and training skills for a upcoming proposal.

The scope of work includes delivering two-day and three-day customer service improvement courses with a quasi government agency located in the Washington, DC area. The content has been developed by the client and a subject matter expert support each delivery to address technical matters.

Classes will be held in various locations around the country. Experience facilitating/training in union organizations considered a plus.
