Happy New Year!
I am happy to announce that, in response to your interest in group coaching, two virtual coaching groups will be offered, starting in January 2015.
- Group Coaching for individual contributors, entry and senior level, both internal and external consultants, incorporating OD into line, management, leadership, and organization development positions or working on large change projects.
- Group Coaching for Directors and those knocking on the door of the C-suite who are incorporating OD into HR, management, operations, leadership and organization development teams.
I also heard some interest in having a POC group of executives in large corporations and am open to that possibility, as well.
As you think about New Year’s resolutions, consider investing in yourself and interacting with a group of like-minded colleagues. Please feel free to refer those who are not graduates of the AU M.S.O.D. program whom you consider colleagues or OD employees.
Remember, coaching is about changing behaviors. If there are areas in your work and life where you could be more effective, coaching is a way to support the behavioral change to make it happen.
