When we effectively set boundaries with others it can have a huge impact on our ability to do our best work. Examples of setting boundaries are telling people what we want, and letting them know what is acceptable. When they are set well it helps us take better care of ourselves, maintain self-respect, and increase our ability to control our work and personal lives.
In organizations, when managing staff or just interacting with coworkers, one of the most difficult things for many of us is to tell others what we need from them and staying with those decisions. Effective boundary setting can increase productivity, teamwork, morale, and the bottom line.
In this experiential and interactive workshop you will learn:
You will be given a boundaries handbook.
The session will also be an opportunity to discuss boundary issues that you or others have experienced.
