In this interactive dialogic OD webinar, Bob Marshak will discuss ideas that have shaped his practice of Dialogic Coaching and Process Consulting. Topics that will be addressed include: how language creates as well as describes how people think and act; the three ingredients needed for dialogic transformational change; and how Bob works with metaphors, concepts, and storylines “in-the-moment” to encourage new thinking and actions by clients. The presentation will include several exercises and encouragement of robust questions, comments and responses.
