A member of cohort 49, Ellen received a MSOD from the AU/NTL program in May of 2006. She is also a graduate of The Practitioners Program in Organization Development and Change Management led by Edie Seashore and Michael Broom which she completed in June of 2006. Her undergraduate degree is in Journalism with a specialization in Advertising from Temple University. She has also received formal training and has worked as a sign language interpreter and currently teaches pre-school at a religious school.

For nearly a decade he has served Planning and Development Collaborative, International (international development) and The Washington Post Company (corporate, diversified media) in progressively responsible HR positions. From 2002-2007, he was Senior Organization Development Consultant for The Washington Post (newspaper) and VP of OD and Training for The National Cooperative Band (financial services). Recently he realized his dream of establishing a retreat facility and his own OD/HR/Coaching consulting practice under the name Xperience, LLC®. His practice helps him do what he loves and contribute to: Individual well-being; Social harmony; and, Accelerated evolution of consciousness.
Cliff received a BA in History and Business from Lenoir-Rhyne College, a MS in Personnel and Human Resource Management, from American University in 1999, and he received his MS in Organizational Development, American University/National Training Laboratories (NTL) in 2007. He also completed the Executive Leadership Coaching program through Georgetown University in 2007.

Gene was the Program Director of the Organization Development Change Management Masters Program at the University of Texas at Dallas, School of Management. He currently has a consulting practice and has authored an action learning program titled Leading Change in the 21st Century, an “Action Learning” program to help companies develop an effective model for successful change initiatives and grow corporate change leaders. He also works with leadership teams on strategic decision making and leadership development. His private sector clients include Choice Homes, the largest home builder in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, the Sammons Corp., a holding company with a 30 billion dollars of assets and AOC-Resins, the largest supplier of resins in North America.
Gene is a board governance and development consultant, using John Carver’s Policy Governance model. His clients have included the National Hemophilia Foundation based in NYC with 40 chapters nationally. He also does strategic planning and organization reinventions including a past engagement with the Professional Development Institute, a training subsidiary of the University of North Texas.

Helen brings the mature business judgment gained during two decades of diverse corporate experience with a variety of executive coaching, high-technology, organization development and process improvement. Helen works for one of the nations leading telecommunications companies and has performed in many roles including managing major corporate change initiatives. She has expertise in project management ensuring the successful implementation of several major projects while managing a budget of over $40 million. Her cost cutting expertise led her to be nominated for and recipient of “The Leadership of Excellence Award”, one of the top corporate awards at Verizon.
She previously led organizations through various organization assessments include Baldridge assessments, and was tasked with presenting findings to corporate executive leadership teams. Helen brings over six years of expertise in the area of corporate diversity training, and most recently developed and conducted emotional intelligence training sessions.
She holds a degree in computer science from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Organization Development (OD) from American University. Additionally, she completed programs in OD and change leadership at Georgetown University and is a past member of the CBODN Leadership team.
