Ellen Greenberg is the senior partner at Partnering for Change, LLC, an Organization Development Consulting Firm working with organizations to create new solutions and approaches that lead to sustainable results, greater success and healthier, higher performing organizations Ms. Greenberg has over 11 years of experience working with non-profit, for profit and government agencies both in management and consulting capacities. She completed Myers-Briggs training in 2004 and is qualified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

A member of cohort 49, Ellen received a MSOD from the AU/NTL program in May of 2006. She is also a graduate of The Practitioners Program in Organization Development and Change Management led by Edie Seashore and Michael Broom which she completed in June of 2006. Her undergraduate degree is in Journalism with a specialization in Advertising from Temple University. She has also received formal training and has worked as a sign language interpreter and currently teaches pre-school at a religious school.

Born in New Orleans and immediately thrust into the constant moves that come with military life, Kendra loves traveling the world and engaging with people and culture, nature and most importantly - family and friends.  In addition to being president of Kindred Organizational Consulting, Inc., a firm that she started, Kendra is an organization development consultant, leadership coach, and facilitator whose approach centers on working with leaders to achieve genuine, sustainable results that add value to their professional and life experiences.

She uses a whole systems approach, helping leaders gain deeper awareness about their ways of working and thinking, specifically focusing on how their ways of working impact their effectiveness in achieving desired business results.  Her areas of expertise include leadership development and coaching , process design & consultation, and change management including:  organizational and individual needs assessment, stakeholder management, communications strategy development, infrastructure design and development.  Over the past 10 years, she has worked in a variety of industries including food manufacturing, building materials manufacturing, higher education, visual and performance arts, IT, telecommunications, as well as in the non-profit arena.

In addition to her AU/NTL MSOD, Kendra earned her B.A. in Sociology from U.C. Berkeley and has also completed several post-graduate programs including several with the Gestalt Org Systems & Development Center in Cleveland.  Kendra resides in Chicago, Illinois, USA.


Cliff Kayser (ckayser@xperienceit.com)

Cliff is a proven Organizational Development (OD) and Executive Coach with broad Human Resources (HR) management education and experience and extensive background/expertise in the application of Polarity ManagementÔ for individual coaching, team development, and organization development. His passion is helping to free individuals, teams, and organizations from chronic and “unsolvable” issues.

For nearly a decade he has served Planning and Development Collaborative, International (international development) and The Washington Post Company (corporate, diversified media) in progressively responsible HR positions. From 2002-2007, he was Senior Organization Development Consultant for The Washington Post (newspaper) and VP of OD and Training for The National Cooperative Band (financial services). Recently he realized his dream of establishing a retreat facility and his own OD/HR/Coaching consulting practice under the name Xperience, LLC®. His practice helps him do what he loves and contribute to: Individual well-being; Social harmony; and, Accelerated evolution of consciousness.

Cliff received a BA in History and Business from Lenoir-Rhyne College, a MS in Personnel and Human Resource Management, from American University in 1999, and he received his MS in Organizational Development, American University/National Training Laboratories (NTL) in 2007. He also completed the Executive Leadership Coaching program through Georgetown University in 2007.

Gene has over 30 years experience in various aspects of organizations and is an expert in systems interventions and change processes. He is a graduate of the AU/NTL Masters Program in Organization Development, Class 22. Gene has recently been appointed Program Director of a new "top talent" corporate leadership development program at the University of Texas at Arlington's School of Business which he has been developing over the last year.

Gene was the Program Director of the Organization Development Change Management Masters Program at the University of Texas at Dallas, School of Management. He currently has a consulting practice and has authored an action learning program titled Leading Change in the 21st Century, an “Action Learning” program to help companies develop an effective model for successful change initiatives and grow corporate change leaders. He also works with leadership teams on strategic decision making and leadership development. His private sector clients include Choice Homes, the largest home builder in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, the Sammons Corp., a holding company with a 30 billion dollars of assets and AOC-Resins, the largest supplier of resins in North America.

Gene is a board governance and development consultant, using John Carver’s Policy Governance model. His clients have included the National Hemophilia Foundation based in NYC with 40 chapters nationally. He also does strategic planning and organization reinventions including a past  engagement with the Professional Development Institute, a training subsidiary of the University of North Texas.

Helen brings the mature business judgment gained during two decades of diverse corporate experience with a variety of executive coaching, high-technology, organization development and process improvement.    Helen works for one of the nations leading telecommunications companies and has performed in many roles including managing major corporate change initiatives.    She has expertise in project management ensuring the successful implementation of several major projects while managing a budget of over $40 million. Her cost cutting expertise led her to be nominated for and recipient of “The Leadership of Excellence Award”, one of the top corporate awards at Verizon.

She previously led organizations through various organization assessments include Baldridge assessments, and was tasked with presenting findings to corporate executive leadership teams.      Helen brings over six years of expertise in the area of corporate diversity training, and most recently developed and conducted emotional intelligence training sessions.

She holds a degree in computer science from the University of Maryland and a Masters of Organization Development (OD) from American University.    Additionally, she completed programs in OD and change leadership at Georgetown University and is a past member of the CBODN Leadership team.
